Starting and stopping the server on UNIX
On UNIX systems, Flash Communication Server is installed as a service. You start and stop the Flash Communication Server service using the fcsmgr utility.
To start the server on UNIX:

Log in as a root user. |

Change to the directory where the server is installed. |

Open a shell window and type: |
